I liked the location because it is close to the Advenhealth hospital, where my wife was having surgery the following morning. The hotel was cleaned, and the staff was pleasant.

Upon entering room a horrible Oder.No warm water in bathroom sink. Sink plugged! Room rundown. Bathroom door needs changed mold in the shower. The fire alarm went off the night staff didn’t inform the guest of what was happening on the property. It reads on the door call the front desk she wouldn’t answer when addressed in person she didn’t take a second to reassure or direct. Extremely rude! The morning front desk clerk was pleasant smiled. The breakfast attendant was extremely nice she did a good job keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean.

Amazing Bebe at the front desk handled a rush hour of check-ins with humor and grace. The breakfast was great, except for the eggs. With make your own waffles, good sausage and bacon, lots of yogurt and other options!

The room with two beds was fantastic! It had a refrigerator and microwave, a work desk, plenty of lights and lamps, plenty of places to hook up electronics, plenty of space to put suitcases and other items on, a sofa, really nice and clean bath. Cleaning service was excellent and made beds and put more coffee and tea in room without us asking! Very impressive! I asked front desk if all the rooms with two beds had all the amenities like ours and was told - Yes!
